The complex comprises of 26 newly built (2001) three storey houses arranged around two swimming pools with one jacuzzi. All houses are decorated to a very high standard with furnishings from Mexico and America and the Far East complimenting the natural surroundings of this exquisite island. Each house will sleep six people in two double and one twin bedrooms. Cleaning is carried out on a weekly basis ensuring that you have the most relaxing holiday possible.
 
Exclusive to each property is a patio area complete with gas-fired barbeque and seating for up to six people with unrestricted use of either pool and their garden furniture. During the evenings outside lighting is provided in the pool area and low voltage lighting outline the pathways to the pool, guaranteeing you have maximum use of the outside facilities in safe surroundings
   
Each house is provided with two parking spaces normally situated adjacent to the front door or within easy access to your house, meaning transportation of your dive gear is convenient and trouble free. An irregular bus service runs from a stop 100 yards up the road providing you with easy access to the rest of the island. Mountain bikes are available to hire but a hire car is strongly recommended for exploring this glorious island (approximately 25-40 USD a day)
